Funeral Cost Relief During COVID-19

Wooling Hill Memorial Estate is offering to cover funeral director service fees for families during Victoria’s COVID restrictions. We understand the additional process of grief is being compounded by limiting 10 guests at a funeral service. This offering will be in place until restrictions for funerals are lifted and service provided by Chapter House Funerals.

A service fee typically ranges from $3,950 to $5,950.

The service fee we are offering to cover includes:
Transfer into our care 24/7, mortuary care, arrangement and family care 24/7, hearse, staff, doctors certificate with associated government authorities and death certificate from BDM.

Wooling Hill will also be waiving our venue fee which includes the use of our chapel or garden fee of $1,500.

So what do you need to pay?

1. Cremation – $925
2. Celebrant – $750 (not required)
3. Coffin – starting from $500
4. Perpetual Memorial site at Wooling Hill Memorial Estate – from $5,500

Additional service options:

1. Livestream of service $750
2. Flowers from $250 – Families are welcome to arrange their own.
3. Photo tribute – professionally produced video with between 60 and 80 photos with music – $280.
4. Orders of Service or Bookmarks from $2.50 each with no minimum order.
